The heart of the Templeton Farms is a picturesque, traditional twenty four stall center aisle barn. The Main Barn houses twenty spacious 12x14’ box stalls with individual 12’x24’ runs and four 12’x18’ foaling stalls. Rider and equine amenities include:
Barns 1 & 2: Two post & beam barns whose breezeways face each other across a row of mature olive trees. Barn 1 houses six 12’x14’ box stalls and an extra-large community tack room. Barn 2 houses seven 12’x14’ box stalls and a communty tack room. At the head of these 2 barns there are 3 covered cross-ties and 3 open-air wash racks.
Barns 3 & 4: Two post & beam barns whose breezeways face each other across a row of mature olive trees Barn 3 has a seven 12’x14’ box stalls and a community tack room. Barn 4 houses seven 12’x14’ stalls each with their own run. Barn 4’s tack room contains individual lockers. There are 3 covered cross-ties and 2 open-air wash racks for use by these barns.
The Wild West: The Wild West is comprised of Barn 5 and twelve outdoor paddocks. Barn 5 is a post and beam barn featuring seven 12’x14’ stalls each with their own run, a community tack room, and 3 combination wash racks/cross-ties. The paddocks also have a community tack room and 3 covered combination wash-racks/cross ties.
